Baker Furniture Company, Bonner David Galleries and contemporary artist Max Hammond partner to bring the Scottsdale’s prestigious art & design community a special event.
The Baker Company is world renowned for contemporary interpretations of classic forms, natural materials and advancing the concept of indoor/outdoor living. McGuire collections include designs from Robert Kuo, Thomas Pheasant, Laura Kirar, Jacques Garcia and Barbara Barry.
For over a decade nationally known contemporary artist Max Hammond’s work has been in the permanent collect of the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and is included in the corporate collections of Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and Finova. Max Hammond will provide a sneak peek of the paintings he is working on for his 2011 show and will debut his new catalogue. His innovative direction of abstract expressionistic figures brings even more intrigue and depth into his layered colors and hidden details.
The brunch will conclude with an informative presentation about the 8 steps of collecting art by museum docent and gallery owner, Clark Olson. Please join us to celebrate the beauty and quality Scottsdale brings to designer home furnishings and contemporary art.
